After my successful Ama Dablam ascent, I decided to go on an 8000-metre peak climbing with the Mt Manaslu Expedition. The guides were very knowledgeable, which greatly improved our journey. We finally reached the Manaslu base camp after a gruelling 12 to 15-day trek, which marked the beginning of our real journey. Every step through Camps I, II, III, and IV was thrilling and difficult at the same time. Lastly, we reached the peak of Mt. Manaslu at an astonishing height of 8,163 metres. Thankful for the privilege, I strongly suggest the Mt. Manaslu Expedition to other climbers.

My ABC trek with Mountain Rock Treks was truly amazing. As a solo traveler, I chose the 10-day ABC trek. Led by Deepak, the company is genuinely interested in your priorities and reveals true concern for making you comfortable. Deepak is a warm and delightful person. Our guide, Mingma, despite his age, was a very supportive boy. He was and went above and beyond to meet expectations. Mountain Rock Treks is unquestionably a tour company for me as it allowed me to accomplish my lifelong goal of reaching Annapurna Base Camp. Be ready to live in the basic accommodations because part of this thrilling adventure is stepping out of your comfort zone.

Kathmandu to Lukla by helicopter flight was a good decision. Instead of discomfort, I chose a helicopter ride, which happily helped me quickly reach the starting point of my Everest Base Camp trek. The thrilling aerial views of landscapes in Nepal added an exciting twist to the adventure. The convenience and beauty that exceeded my expectations were the preface to an epic trekking journey. Mountain Rock Treks provided a comfortable and pleasurable flight, which created the perfect beginning to the trip of a lifetime. It is very much recommended for lovers of both comfort and breathtaking panoramas.

The 3-day itinerary provided enough physical activity to enjoy the scenery while allowing ample time to soak in the breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset.  The clear communication from our guides made the experience even more enjoyable, ensuring we felt safe and informed throughout the trek. Both Nagarkot and Chisapani offered unique experiences, with Nagarkot's sunrise views and Chisapani's peaceful ambiance leaving a lasting impression. This trek was worth the time and effort, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-rounded adventure in the Himalayas.

My Boyfriend and I Landed in Nepal on 23rd September 2023. We wanted to book the Everest helicopter tour with a landing at Kala Patthar. As we were going to book it with one travel agency in Nepal, we found out that the Everest helicopter tour with landing at Kala Patthar does not operate as of 2023 because of the new restrictions by CAAN.

This tour company had no alternatives to the Everest helicopter tour, so we did our research and found that this company, Mountain Rock Treks, recently introduced an alternative to the Everest helicopter tour and landing at Kala Patthar, i.e., helicopter tour and landing at Hotel Everest view. We thought about this and booked our Journey with MRT on 25th September. We did have a doubt at first, but this tour was indeed a good experience, as they explained. On this excursion, we landed at Hotel Everest View and had a delicious breakfast among the Himalayas and in front of Mt Everest itself. This tour was indeed a unique experience and all thanks to Mountain Rock Treks for their unwavering support from the start of your journey. 

Starting this short luxury journey to Everest in winter was like a dream. Faced with difficult conditions in the beginning for planning the Everest View trek, Deepak rightly redirected me. The luxury accommodations offered unmatched warmth and ensured a comfortable hideaway during winter’s frost. Top of the list was the perfectly coordinated helicopter transfers – a real innovation during winter months. Efficient logistics and thoughtful planning allowed me to enjoy stunning views without sacrificing comfort. Kudos to the team for their adaptability and professional advice, as they transformed what could be a logistical nightmare into an ultimate winter adventure in the Everest region.

The 15-day Manaslu Circuit Trek with Mountain Rock Treks was an unforgettable journey. Every step of the trek was well worth it, offering the right combination of challenge and reward. Mountain Rock Treks organised and prepared everything meticulously to make the journey successful. As for the trek, it was marvellous: the team succeeded in both providing safety and enjoyment. The panoramic views and cultural exposure on this hike offered a well-rounded experience. Bravo to Mountain Rock Treks for designing a unique journey in the core of Nepal’s glorious Manaslu region. 

The 4-day hike with Mountain Rock Treks was great but squeezed in such a short time because we had only limited holidays. From Chisapani, it provided breathtaking views of Shivapuri National Park as one ascended from the Sundarijal gateway. The second day took us through varied terrains and jungles, and we stopped overnight at a stunning location called Nagarkot. It was simply a spectacular panorama of the eastern Himalayas.

With our guide, Pasang, we had a good companion. In fact, he was very helpful because he offered useful tips and helped us during the entire trek. Besides, our porter, Dawa, helped make our journey smooth. We appreciate the team from Mountain Rock Treks for creating a memorable hiking experience within our constraints. The beauty of those surroundings, professional support staff, and well-designed logistics turned this short trek into an epic escapade.
