NOTE:- IF YOU WANT TO PAY AMOUNTS BY CARD 4% BANK CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED ON TOTAL AMOUNT. NO ADDITONAL CHARGE ON PAYING CASH ON ARRIVAL.
Before days of the departure date, you shall pay the remaining balance (final payment) in Cash. When making a reservation, 30% of the total amount is necessary, remaining either paid by card or Cash on arrival.
NOTE:- IF YOU WANT TO PAY ALL AMOUNTS BY CARD 4% BANK CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED ON TOTAL AMOUNT.
You can relax if unavoidable circumstances compel you to cancel your reservation. You won't lose your deposit. If the cause for cancellation can be accepted as an emergency or unforeseen, your promise may still be kept (like illness, etc.). To save money, you must provide believable proof (papers like a doctor's note, etc.) that you had to cancel the trip. Then, the deposit can be used later to reserve the same trip or another trip of equal value.
Please be aware that your deposit will not be considered a lifetime if the trip has been canceled due to non-payment or a violation of these Terms & Conditions. A single Lifetime Deposit is only given to the individual for each canceled booking. The Company will not issue a refund or credit for the difference if the lifetime deposit amount exceeds the cost of the new trip (per person). By telling us, you can also give your Lifetime Deposit to a friend or member of your family so they can use it to book a vacation with us.
