Lifetime Deposit
You can relax if unavoidable circumstances compel you to cancel your reservation. You won't lose your deposit. If the cause for cancellation can be accepted as an emergency or unforeseen, your promise may still be kept (like illness, etc.). To save money, you must provide believable proof (papers like a doctor's note, etc.) that you had to cancel the trip. Then, the deposit can be used later to reserve the same trip or another trip of equal value.
Please be aware that your deposit will not be considered a lifetime if the trip has been canceled due to non-payment or a violation of these Terms & Conditions. A single Lifetime Deposit is only given to the individual for each canceled booking. The Company will not issue a refund or credit for the difference if the lifetime deposit amount exceeds the cost of the new trip (per person). It's essential to be aware that some insurance policies exclude or have restrictions on coverage for this kind of trip. You will not be permitted to continue your journey and will not be eligible for a refund for the services that were not delivered if this is not done or is impossible for practical reasons.
Flight Delays And Change in Itinerary
Mountainous areas have very unpredictable weather. Domestic flight delays can be brought on by bad weather, especially in Nepal's Everest, Jomsom, and Kanchenjunga regions. When domestic flights are delayed, the Company will pay for lodging and meals in the city where you will depart before your journey and accommodations and meals for the remainder of your vacation if your return flight is delayed. Without affecting the cost of the trip, the Company maintains the right to reroute treks or employ road transportation for lengthy delays. The Company will assist in making alternate arrangements when possible, but it does not take any liability for costs incurred due to missing international airline connections.
We promise to update our clients on any civil unrest as soon as we learn about it if it occurs in a particular area or nation. Despite our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the material on this website and our brochure, we cannot be held liable for any errors. These booking requirements may only be waived under exceptional conditions and in writing via a letter from the Company's Director.
