Dipak Pande is working for 12 years in the tourism industry as a porter, guide, and team leader, and finally, he opened his own Trekking and tour company. Its mission is to enchant travelers with an unforgettable travel experience. Dipak is the Managing director of the company, he is BBS in Finance and Bachelor in Tourism from Tribhuvan University (TU).

Dipak has visited almost all the tourist sites, especially the trekking areas of Nepal as a team leader.

With good public relations, Dipak has traveled in Europe, to the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Sweden,  Denmark, France Switzerland, Hungary, Austria, and other European countries. This gave him a good vision of the European lifestyle and ideas about the wishes and demands of the western people. He is Secretary of Village Tourism promotion Fprm Nepal (VITOF NEPAL) 2022-2024.

She started working as an operation manager and is now our tour guide.  She has a long of experience in trekking and tours. She took an exam to get a Tour guide license from the Nepalese Government.  She strongly continued her profession and study together (Master's Degree), and she has devoted herself as a tour guide with Mountain Rock Treks And Expedition.

She speaks smooth English and familiar with the culture and customs of local ethnic groups of mountain areas to create a friendly environment for travelers in the field is her identity. Her firm, sincere, dutiful, and fantastic manner makes our clients cheerful. Mr. Rabin came from Everest reason Solu-Khumbu district. He was a robust porter initially but now becomes a perfect guide with a long experience as a porter. He passed his exam to get a trekking guide license from the Nepalese Government. He strongly continued his profession. He is the best work experience Guide; he started to work with Mountain rock treks in 2014. He has been in this profession since 2012. Apart from his training, he has a vast on-field experience as a potter and guide. He has handled several groups for Mountain Rock Treks And Expedition for different trekking zones and has always come up with Excellent reviews of his work. He is good at looking after the guests and taking care of their needs. 

He also has a vast knowledge of Nepal, its culture, places, and people. He also likes to enlighten his guests about Nepal and its rich heritage during the trip. Most of our clients have praised him as a professional yet approachable and informative guide. Netra Bahadur Karki was born in the Lower Khumbu region, the major entrance to the world's higgest mountain Everest. He is a highly experienced and very enthusiastic mountain guide in Nepal. With a decade of accumulated experience, Karki brings passion and great vision to his work. Like many of our trekking guides at Mountain Rock  Treks & Expedition, He start out his trekking career as a porter, learning the ropes, and gradually worked his way into a trekking leader position. He has received the leadership and trekking certificate from the ministry of tourism and civil aviation, Nepal. Every year we give them First aid training to prevent our customer basis health needed.

Having traveled extensively to all major trekking regions of Nepal, he has acquired enough knowledge of the mountain region of Nepal and its climate, local culture, and local life and behavior. This helps him to organize the trip making sure that his guest has a good time on their trek. He can speak English, Nepali, and Hindi as well.

Gopal was Born in Solukhumbu District, where the land of sherpa and Tamang culture was reflected. His Blood represents trekking and the Himalayas. His hard work and dedication, coupled with years of experience and mountaineering skills, will make your adventurous holiday in Nepal a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He has done First aid and leadership training and led a trekking and expedition group for more than 12 years. He is one of the Prior Trekking Guides of Mountain Rock Trek and Expedition.

Gopal is an authorized trekking and expedition leader by the Ministry of Tourism in Nepal and holds a high-altitude first-aid certificate. He has a vast knowledge of any trip, from short hikes to long and challenging off-beaten treks in Nepal.

Mr: Bhatta was born in Gorkha. he influenced the trek because he grew up in the lap of Manaslu Himal. He shaw a tourist since childhood, and his hobby is to be a good trekking guide in the future. Now he starts guiding on Mountain rock treks. Most tourists call him a mountain goat, and now everyone calls a mountain goat "RAM." He had good Knowledge of trekking and mountaineering. He knows various trekking trails, primarily famous in Nepal, Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu, Mustang &  New trekking trails Mardi Himal, and Tamang heritage with the lower route of Great Himalayan trails.

Mahesh Rajan Magar is a trekking guide, who grew up in the Everest region of Solukhumbu district and has been guiding trekkers in the Nepal Himalayas as a trekking guide since 2015. Initially, he worked as a porter, sherpa, and trek guide after he passed the exam to get an authorized trekking guide license from the Nepal government. He extremely continued his profession. he is the best work experience as a guide. he started to work with mountain rock treks in 2018. He speaks smooth English and is familiar with the traditional culture and customs of local ethnic groups in the high Himalayan region(mountain area). Meet Karma Sherpa, a well-trained mountain guide with a background of more than five years as a guide and an economically productive professional. From the beautiful Gorkha district in Nepal, Karma's trip started as a teacher, but his love of the outdoors and his desire for adventure changed his career path. Being a native of the Manaslu region, he can also take you to popular destinations, including Annapurna Circuit, Annapurna Base Camp, Langtang Trail, and so on. With about 15 years of experience in the industry, Karma joined the team in 2010 with a bag full of expertise and was highly enthusiastic about discovering new worlds.

Meet Resham Bhote, an accomplished guide who has been in this business for 15 years, offering tons of valuable experience. In 2008, Resham came to Mountain Rock Treks, and he has been our fellow leader ever since. He is from Nepal, and his emotions and love for that area are greatly visible when he is giving a tour.

In addition to being a guide, Resham is also well-known for his total dedication and unstoppable energy. Reham's jubilant personality and carefree way of life make him an excellent travelling companion, where each journey offers both laughter and discovery. With a thirst for exploration at heart, Resham is determined to discover hidden treasures to provide everlasting memories for our guests. He is known for leading trekking trips across the diverse regions of Nepal, including Makalu, Mustang, Dolpo, Kanchenjunga, Everest, Annapurna, and Manaslu.

Passionate about the mountains, their people, and their unique culture, Lobsang Sherpa brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to Mountain Rock Treks. With a deep-rooted connection to the Sherpa community, Lobsang offers insights into their customs, traditions, and way of life, fostering a deeper appreciation for the region.

Hailing from the mountains himself, Lobsang possesses an innate understanding of the challenges and rewards of trekking in this environment. He is not only familiar with the diverse landscapes but also adept at navigating them with confidence. Lobsang's expertise extends beyond the terrain, encompassing the region's rich flora, fauna, and the intricate details hidden along each trekking path. Gaylay Sherpa, who is enthusiastic about the mountains, the locals, and the unique culture, offers clients a wide range of knowledge and understanding as our Mountain Rock Treks guide. Gaylay, on the one hand, is a local guide hailing from the Durbang.  

Thus, he is well aware of the prevailing climatic conditions, the new place, and the difficulties one may face while trekking. He is not only a professional who is well-versed in different biomes but also a guide who can easily conquer any terrain. Gaylay is not only a guide with knowledge of the area but also one who knows the plants, animals, and all the exciting details on each trail. He is an expert with experiences from the Dhauligiri, Manaslu, Annapurna, Api, and Everest regions, and this adds to the security of our visitors by providing them with a better understanding of the area.

Pema Gurung has been ascending the great Himalayan ranges for 15 glorious years, openly sharing information on the best trekking routes, places to camp, and interesting details about the history of the mountains. Pema has vast experience guiding trekking expeditions in the most isolated and difficult areas, such as Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu, and even Everest.

Boasting a wealth of mountaineering experience, Mohit has climbed to tops like Mera Peak, Lobuche Peak, and Island Peak. His achievements in the Nepal Himalayas have resulted in immense respect for him within the mountaineering fraternity.  Binay's climbing skills are proved by his achievements, unveiling his profound, deep-rooted passion for the field. As a knowledgeable leader and an experienced mountain climber, Binay guarantees safety in the high altitudes, relying on his thorough mountain climbing experience. Known for his proficiency and ability to inspire groups to come a long way with self-confidence, Binay leads his teams to new heights.

Meet Himal Limbu, a native of the Solukhumbu District, in 1980, an area which has birthed climbers setting world records. Growing up among gigantic mountain ranges, Limbu had a natural inclination towards mountaineering, which later made it his profession. As the driving force behind Mountain Rock Treks, his journey from humble beginnings to seasoned climber embodies the spirit of adventure.  This seasoned mountaineer has managed various climbing expeditions that led to the success of each adventure.
