We wanted something fun outside, since for the weekend, as not too far from Kathmandu. Mountain Rock Treks planned for us to take the Nagarjun-Jamacho hike with our group.

I totally enjoyed the combination of forest, temples, and viewpoints on the hike for all fitness levels.

Mountain Rock Treks was recommended to me by a friend, and I am glad I took that recommendation. Their luxury Annapurna Base Camp trek was amazing, and everything was well-organized, with no detail left unattended. They were accommodating in a number of itinerary changes and food requests that contributed to a fun trip.

The value of the price I paid for a luxury package was incredible and included private transfers. Their guides were knowledgeable and provided a safe, fun trekking adventure. Mountain Rock Treks was a great choice for a quality trekking experience.

This tour was more than just temples; there were local experiences included as well, such as Juju Dhau tasting and pottery quarters. The guide, Mountain Rock Treks, also made a point to show us some undiscovered elements and local artisans, so it felt like much more than a standard tour. Transportation included, good guide, minor cultural immersion- a super value.

In May 2025, a group of five trekkers completed the Annapurna Base Camp trek with Mountain Rock Treks. The first day began with a group of experts: our guide Pawan, assistant guide Nimesh and our brave and fierce porters - Shyam, Biplav and Dinesh - always smiling through the rain, cold, snow and sun. The trek was endurance testing: countless stairs with lots of time spent staring up at or down from suspension bridges as we went from one valley to another, and emblematic sunrises over the Himalaya mountain range. Our guides ensured to keep us moving, to encourage us through our exhaustion, and were happy to share their knowledge of the area.

From our arrival in Kathmandu until our departure, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional professionalism and assistance provided by Mountain Rock Treks on our nine-day Manaslu Circuit Trek. They arranged our airport transfers to and from our pre-booked hotel in Thamel, relieving us of the hassle of planning this crucial aspect before our trek. '

Our guide, Dawa, exhibited remarkable expertise and hospitality throughout our journey. We wholeheartedly thank Mountain Rock treks for such a good arrangement and their key role in making our nine days adventure unforgettable.

I spent days searching the internet for information on the costs for the Nar Phu and Tilicho Lake trek. Mountain Rock Treks had the most inclusive package covering all costs for our trek. Our trek was strenuous, but due to the MRT team, we barely noticed it! Mr. Dipak, the guide, was outstanding and showed real interest in his clients; you could see this in the quality of guides we were given.

Due to an unexpected illness during my trek, I was forced to end my trek prematurely and find a flight to get back to Lukla. Mountain Rock Treks helped me book a last minute seat, and organized transport back to Kathmandu.

The Lukla flight can normally be very difficult to organize, but they organized mine quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the speed of their action and caring response, as they quickly freed me from an anxious situation.

 Every aspect of our visit was organized so that nothing stood in the way of enjoying our moment. Crossing the three passes was three different experiences; however, in each experience, the feelings were so powerful and awe-inspiring. There were a couple of moments when I was struggling quite a lot, and fundamentally wanted to give up and not cross the passes. Our guide continued to encourage, maintain support, and together we continued to accomplish the physical demands of completing the three-pass trek.
