Reaching Everest’s base camp was amazing, but the thought of descending scared us. We felt very tired yet satisfied, and then, by chance, we found out about the Namche to Kathmandu helicopter services of Mountain Rock Treks. This was a godsend. We avoided overrunning Lukla and two days of tiring walking. The helicopter flight was wonderful and calm, showing wonderful sights of the Himalayas that we had already crossed. A fitting climax to our history-making expedition.

My Short Luxury Journey to Everest with Mountain Rock Treks was nothing short of spectacular. The helicopter ride from Kathmandu to Lukla got us off the beaten path right from the start. Overnight at Hotel Everest View, luxury at 3880m, will be cherished forever. The flight to Kala Patthar brought us so close to Everest and its neighbors - truly a once-in-a-lifetime! The helicopter back to Kathmandu concluded this great experience. Mountain Rock Treks provided a service par excellence. Their knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism exceeded all expectations.

 Every aspect of our visit was organized so that nothing stood in the way of enjoying our moment. Crossing the three passes was three different experiences; however, in each experience, the feelings were so powerful and awe-inspiring. There were a couple of moments when I was struggling quite a lot, and fundamentally wanted to give up and not cross the passes. Our guide continued to encourage, maintain support, and together we continued to accomplish the physical demands of completing the three-pass trek. 

We chose the Gokyo Valley Trek for a different trail and an offbeat adventure, and it proved to be more delightful than expected. The trail around Dole and Machhermo through the verdant hills was less crowded. The beauty of the Gokyo Lakes was indeed special. Mountain Rock Treks' services were spot on as they took good care of us during the entire expedition. This trek’s cultural heritage, mountainous landscape, and less crowded trails make it a unique travel experience.”

Trekking to Gokyo Valley for 13 days had satisfied our expectations with beautiful views of the Himalayas and Gokyo Lakes. A memorable trip to Nepal, with its unique Sherpa culture, scenic trek routes, and glaciers. This trip to Nepal was necessary. Mountain Rock Treks, the organization, and their expert team managed to help with this adventure to reach the peak of Gokyo Ri with immense dedication. It was made special with a guide who looked after all of us. We would like to thank them and hope we get to trek again in the Himalayas with such brilliant organizers.

Our group booked the Chandragiri Day Tour with Mountain Rock Treks and absolutely loved it. The company’s expert guides helped us identify Himalayan peaks like Langtang and Ganesh Himal, making the experience educational and breathtaking. We also added an optional zip-line and sky-cycle at the summit, turning the tour into a mini-adventure package. The guides were friendly and spoke excellent English, assisting with cable car tickets and ensuring safe boarding. We felt honestly looked after, and the whole day was seamless and unforgettable

Tilicho Lake was breathtaking, and I am very glad that I opted for the jeep drive. Otherwise, it would have taken too much time from my short holiday. I found Mountain Rock Treks on a travel website. I made a last-minute booking, but they were very efficient to work with, thanks to Mr. Dipak! They are friendly and have well-maintained gear. A difficult trek, but a great team made it doable at a good price.
