  • Best lodges and expert care

I decided on MRT after comparing several luxury tour operators, not only because of Mr. Dipak himself, but also because of the incredible care with which all arrangements have been made. A great 14 days at just the right pace, and thanks to my very attentive guide, Dawa, and his attention to detail, it was a very pleasant journey. An upgrade from standard teahouses means better lodges with far more luxury. Recommended for a 5-star experience in the Nepalese Himalayas.

  • A speedy adventure to ABC.

I was looking for shorter treks in Nepal and found Mountain Rock Treks on the web. If you're in decent shape, this 5-day route to ABC is great! Mr. Dipak was affordable and arranged our trip with little work on our end. The guide was a very fit local who ensured that we arrive to base camp for the sunrise.

  • Nature at its most raw and beautiful

From green forestland near Koto to barren, Martian-like scenery in Phu valley. We even spotted a herd of Blue Sheep. Our guide, Tara Kumar, had incredibly good eyes. Arriving at Tilicho Lake was like a religious event after days of rocky trails. I found Mountain Rock Treks through a friend and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

  • Mountain Rock Treks Created My Best Photography Adventure

I had an absolute blast on the Nepal Photography Tour with Mountain Rock Treks. It was a 11-day photo tour. From the chaotic streets of Kathmandu to the calm waters of Phewa Lake in Pokhara, our guides took care of us in snapping that perfect shot. To see Chitwan National Park was really the best part of the trip since we met eye to eye with our camera and some beautiful wildlife. The lodgings were comfortable, and the food was great, too. I would definitely recommend this trip if you want to take pictures of Nepal. Thank you for a great trip.

  • Professional from start to finish

Mr. Dipak and his team took very good care of us as soon as we arrived in Kathmandu. The 11-day route is beautiful to trek the 11 days to the ABC. Our guide, Dawa, was professional, very friendly, and an excellent trekker; the price was very reasonable, and we never felt that the porters were exploited. A top-class trekking agency in Nepal.

  • A Safe and Well-Planned Himalayan Adventure

Safety was at the forefront for the company. Our guide was vigilant with everyone's health, recommended fluid intake, and made sure we enjoyed high-altitude acclimatization prior to hiking to Mardi Himal Base Camp. The arrangements were very well considered, and we always felt that we were in safe hands.

  • Hidden blue gems in 6 days

Tilicho Lake was breathtaking, and I am very glad that I opted for the jeep drive. Otherwise, it would have taken too much time from my short holiday. I found Mountain Rock Treks on a travel website. I made a last-minute booking, but they were very efficient to work with, thanks to Mr. Dipak! They are friendly and have well-maintained gear. A difficult trek, but a great team made it doable at a good price.

  • Kanchenjunga Changed Me Forever

I've trekked to Everest Base Camp and Annapurna. Nothing comes close to Kanchenjunga. Everything was managed perfectly by Mountain Rock Treks. The guide we had, Pemba, had amazing knowledge about the trail and culture. To stand at Pangpema with Kanchenjunga's north face above us was the most sublime moment of my trekking life.
