With Mountain Rock Treks, I had a truly unique and epic experience. It was my friend who recommended it, and now I realise why. The most memorable part of our trip for us was the excellent guide we had. They were knowledgeable as well as friendly. Their knowledge made us safe and increased our understanding of the local place and customs. My trip with Mountain Rock Treks exceeded my expectations because they gave me a great guide and first-class service.
From the very first communication before the trip ahead, fantastic preparation was ensured. The local team was wonderful too, from cooks to sherpas all were experienced. Our lead guide Mingma was familiar with the mountain and the culture surrounding it to an impressive extent. The acclimatisation treks were breathtaking as well and served their goal of preparing us for the main event. The day of the summit was very strenuous yet very fulfilling. The satisfaction that came from reaching the top can not be put into any language. Safety remained the main concern during the trip. It was a great adventure, with the best company.
We originally wanted to go to the Everest base camp trek but did not have enough time as we had only three remaining days in Nepal. So we reached out to Mountain Rock Treks and Expeditions for their expert recommendations, and they suggested the Everest helicopter and Landing at Hotel Everest view. We were determined to witness the glory of Mt. Everest but were not ready for the high altitude risk that Everest base camp posed. So, Instead of taking an Everest base camp helicopter tour and landing at Kala Patthar, we decided on this tour and landed at Hotel Everest view.
The Hotel Everest View Amble exceeded our expectations. Both the tour and the breakfast in the morning were excellent and breathtaking. When we boarded that helicopter and reached the hotel, we saw the stunning surroundings filled with the Mountains and the view of Mt Everest itself. With this experience, we knew we had made the right choice. We highly recommend this tour for travellers and extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mountain Rock Treks for their invaluable support in organising our tour.
Chisapani Nagarkot Dhulikhel Hike was the best short hike after completing my difficult Everest Base Camp expedition. Along the way, it took a picturesque route on the outskirts of the capital city. Sunrise in Nagarkot was a memorable experience and the best moment I witnessed during our trip! The easy journey was just what I needed after Mt Everest. A helpful guide by the company, "Mountain Rock Trek," had adequate information about local cultures and vegetation. The accommodations were comfortable and nicely arranged to provide peaceful refuge every day. The best experience was tasting dhal bhat in Chisapani, a real Nepalese dish. Nonetheless, the overall trek brought together the pleasure of relaxation and the thrill of exploration, an ideal option for anyone looking forward to a refreshing trek in the Kathmandu area.

My family friend suggested Mountain Rock Treks Experts go on the Manaslu Circuit Trek, which turned out very well. Deepak's planning set the stage for a successful expedition. Our guides, Mingma and Porters Apa and Tenzing were unimaginably kind; they cared for our health even when my husband got sick with the flu. We also had a private car ride to Kathmandu and got an unplanned hotel stay due to their obsessive devotion to customer service.
Booking with Mountain Rock Treks for the Chisapani Nagarkot trek was a breeze. Detailed email responses made planning easy. The day tour with the guide, Dawa, was fantastic; his wealth of information made it memorable. Despite some tiresome uphills, the fantastic scenery made it a lifetime trip. Keep rain gear handy in your pack, a mistake I learned from. Meeting friendly locals along the trail added to the charm. Highly recommend MRT for future treks.
My trip with the small group of 8 people allowed me to deepen my relationships with the kindred spirits and appreciate the peaceful time in the temples. The beautiful sceneries, including tranquil temples, provided the perfect place for meditation. Our guide, Krishna, was very supportive and ensured we felt comfortable and not left out at any point. The B&B had rooms that, after a day of exploring, felt like a haven, and the vegetarian food was a fusion of local tastes. Through my journey, I increased my connection with Hinduism.
