This was my first visit to Nepal, so I wanted to do a short trek rather than a long trek into the Himalayas, so we went for a short nine-day quiet trek with Mountain Rock treks. And we must say we certainly found the great travel agency Mountain Rock Treks for our short Journey in Nepal.

We passed via the Nepali local village, teahouse, and beautiful forest. The journey was astonishing. Everything, including weather, temperature, and sightseeing, went well on the trek. The trek was a beautiful exercise and was impossible without Deepak and his team. 

My partner and I wanted to experience an adventure together that was a little different, so we signed up for Larke Peak with Mountain Rock Treks that involved climbing Mount Larke.

They arranged us with a private guide, good teahouses and even had a mini celebration once we got to the summit!

It was the right mix between romance and excitement because of the level of service we received that was focused on us and just made you feel comfortable and looked after.

The Bhutan group joining tour provided an alternate view of this ancient land, as a blend of old and new. The Mountain Rock Treks itinerary offered visits to all the monasteries and museums as well as sites with unforgettable landscapes.

The guides were both personable and informative, enlivening every site with stories. The company organised and coordinated all of the logistics, including arrangements for visas, and everything to do with each day of the tour, which enabled a truly stress-free (as possible) travelling experience.

Our group booked the Chandragiri Day Tour with Mountain Rock Treks and absolutely loved it. The company’s expert guides helped us identify Himalayan peaks like Langtang and Ganesh Himal, making the experience educational and breathtaking. We also added an optional zip-line and sky-cycle at the summit, turning the tour into a mini-adventure package. The guides were friendly and spoke excellent English, assisting with cable car tickets and ensuring safe boarding. We felt honestly looked after, and the whole day was seamless and unforgettable

I did this Champadevi Day Hike trip after my trekking adventure. It was nice to do, it was peaceful, the trail was scenic and had amazing views of Kathmandu valley and the Himalayan mountain peaks. Mountain Rock Treks gave me the best price compared to the other companies. The guide was great and informed, and at the same time, fun. 

If you are considering who to book your trek with, I strongly recommend MRT for a good value trekking experience. I considered other agencies, but I truly appreciated Mr. Dipak's honesty and attention to detail. This 14-day ABC trek is very well timed. The porters are respected as part of a great team. MRT truly looks after everyone in the Team.

Going on a solo trip can be intimidating, but Mountain Rock Treks made me feel like family. Communication was clear right from the start. 

My guide, Bikash, was a wonderful personality, knowledgeable, and above all, his love for the mountains was contagious. The porters were all working hard but were such a treat for members of the group, it was great to witness their lift/energy every day. 

I would highly recommend Mountain Rock Treks for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Nepal and enjoy it as everything is in safe hands.

I had a unique experience with MountainRock Treks to Annapurna Base Camp (a 5-day trek). From the first meeting, our guide had an eye out for everyone, making sure all was comfortably understood and managed and attempting to keep everyone's spirits up, which was not easy given the uphill walk. The mountain scenery was breathtaking, in particular the sunrises. The chats and friendships made with other trekkers were also very for me. The tea houses were in great spots, were warm and welcoming and had great food after a day of walking. Most importantly for me was that I felt safe and taken care of throughout the trip, and left with a great sense of gratitude for Nepal.
