I recently returned from an incredible trip to Everest base camp via helicopter. It was a fantastic experience! Since a private trip exceeded my budget, I opted for a group joining the helicopter tour. I enjoyed the company of fellow passengers, chatting, and having a delightful breakfast at Hotel Everest View. 

The Nar Phu and Tilicho Lake Trek with Mountain Rock Treks took me to hidden corners of the Himalayas that were nothing short of extraordinary. The trails were less crowded, allowing for a more intimate connection with nature. The turquoise waters of Tilicho Lake were a sight to behold, and the spiritual visit to Muktinath Temple added a deep dimension to the journey. The Mountain Rock Treks team was highly professional and made every effort to ensure our safety and comfort. 

The birthplace of the Buddha, Lumbini, is home to an incredible collection of temples and tourist attractions constructed by several nations and continually expanding. It is a must-see in Nepal and is accessible by road in about 4-6 hours. It is without a doubt at the top of the list of locations to visit while travelling to Nepal, whether on pilgrimage or just as a tourist. Due to the size of the site, you may require at least 7-8 days to explore everything. Winter is the greatest season to go because summers may be quite hot. The Mountain Rock Treks did an outstanding job of organizing the entire trip. 

Our group of four did the Everest Three Pass Trek with Mountain Rock Treks and couldn’t have been happier. The whole experience was organized to perfection. From start to finish, everything was taken care of, from permits, meals, and accommodation. It’s all organized for you stress-free. The scenery on the trek is out of this world, and every pass is unique and stunningly beautiful. What caught my eye most, however, was the price I paid under half of what other companies were charging that I saw in Thamel before we left. I highly recommend you reach out if you're looking for an unforgettable experience at a fraction of the price. 

Mountain Rock Treks over-delivered on my Everest-Lhotse Spring 2023 expedition. Their powerful team of Sherpas was very experienced, knowing how to make good decisions in the mountains. The amenities at the base camp were great: nice personal tents and well-stocked dining areas. Everyone, from the porters to the owner, went out of their way to ensure the expedition was a memorable one. I summited Lobuche East, Everest, and Lhotse. In doing so, I completed consecutive ascents of Everest and Lhotse in just 23 hours that season.

My Everest Base Camp Trek Heli trip with Mountain Rock Treks was an incredible travel adventure that made me speechless. Words cannot express the amazing things I saw every minute, from moments of Nepalese hospitality to these unbelievable landscapes. Mountain Rock Treks displayed impressive planning and delivery. The hike was an exciting journey; reaching the iconic base camp was a surreal feat. The best, no doubt, was the helicopter take off, which allowed viewing splendid views of the great Himalayas from above. Mountain Rock Treks managed an incredible tour, and their hard work deserves a standing ovation. 

Mountain Rock Treks provided an unparalleled Short Luxury Journey to Everest. From the helicopter flight from Kathmandu to Lukla to all the transport, accommodation and food, everything was like clockwork - perfect. The luxury lodges/hotels we stayed at had stunning views of the Himalayas and were very clean and comfortable. But beyond any doubt, the absolute highlight of this trip was taking another helicopter ride up to Kala Patthar - it meant being as close as you could ever be to Everest herself. And then, we took yet another scenic heli flight back down directly to Kathmandu – what a way to end such an incredible expedition.

The travel company went all out to ensure everything was taken care of during our trip, from keeping us safe to providing top-notch equipment and emergency plans. It was awesome because we could enjoy our trek without any worries, knowing that they had our well-being as a top priority. Also, let's not miss the accommodations and food, which were all top-notch. Our Luxury Everest view trek was incredible. We got to experience the thrill of reaching the hotel built in such a high location while enjoying the comforts and fancy extras carefully planned for us. It was like the perfect mix of adventure, breathtaking scenery, getting to know the local culture, and chilling out in style.
