Witnessing the stunning beauty of Mount Everest firsthand was an unforgettable experience, and I cherish the lovely memories that I created during the flight. The Everest base camp helicopter trek and tour is undoubtedly the finest way to admire the Himalayas, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

 

We returned from our fantastic vacation to Nepal in June. It was my second tour across this beautiful nation.  Mountain Rock Treks planned our journey. We discovered Them through a Google search, and after our first email interaction with Deepak, we knew we had made the perfect choice. Our numerous concerns received a very quick response, and all organizational issues were expertly resolved. The trek was well-organized and somewhat challenging, and the weather was ideal. Special thanks to our two brothers, Dawa and Mingma, who were always friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of knowledge about the locations, monasteries, and Buddhism. I appreciate you, everyone. We'll use the services of Mountain Rock Treks again for a future Nepal trek. 

The trek was tough but so fulfilling for my husband and me. Our journey became successful thanks to our wonderful guides –  Dawa and Mingma. Although our group varied in fitness levels, there was never the feeling of being a burden. We never gave up, especially when going through tough times, after the encouragement from our tour organiser Deepak and our guide, dawa. I genuinely praise Dawa's support in handling the obstacles. Beyond just great views, the people, the road, and the incredible guides make this Everest Base Camp walk an unforgettable experience.

My experience with Mountain Rock Treks was nothing short of extraordinary. Three majestic peaks, a group of 6 clients, and the leadership of Aangdawa Sherpa made for a journey that will stay with me forever. The attention to detail and safety was evident in the well-organized itinerary that minimized the risk of altitude sickness. Aangdawa Sherpa was an exceptional leader who ensured the trek was enjoyable and memorable, along with a competent and friendly group. Despite the challenging conditions, the kitchen staff produced delicious and hygienic meals. On the summit day, the three climbing guides split us into groups according to our physical capacity, resulting in a 100% success rate. The stunning views of the mountains were a sight to behold, making this trip an experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch trekking tour operator like Mountain Rock Treks.

Although I have already expressed my gratitude to them in person, it is not enough to do justice to their exceptional service. The entire group at Mountain Rock Treks deserves recognition for their excellent expedition management, superb guides, and supportive kitchen and staff. With their help, I fulfilled my long-standing dream of scaling a 6000m peak. 

I recently embarked on the Everest Base Camp trek, but with a twist - we decided to return by helicopter. It was an experience like no other! Our journey began in Lukla, where we hiked to Everest Base Camp. The adrenaline was pumping as we flew from Kathmandu to Lukla on a small local plane packed with around 15 to 16 people. It was quite an adventurous start to our trip. 

Accompanying me were a handful of fellow tourists who had also embarked on the same excursion to visit Nepal's Everest region. The flight duration to Lukla was surprisingly brief, clocking in at less than an hour. This was the starting point of my trek toward the esteemed Everest Base Camp. The helicopter ride proved remarkably smooth, affording me astonishing vistas. The grandeur of the scenery left me stunned. I would like to thank Mountain Rock Trek's compassionate and amiable staff for their exceptional hospitality and support throughout the journey. Their warmth and professionalism were truly admirable.

I had travelled alone by a group-sharing helicopter of Mountain Rock Treks following my island peak climbing trek. It was economical and an excellent means of socializing with fellow similar-type trekkers. My group of five of us became instant friends and chatted as we traversed over the valley. Everything was handled by the staff comfortably and it was a hassle-free experience. We all felt it well worth every rupee to miss the danger of regular flights and the Ramechhap long drive. Highly suitable for solo travellers or small groups on a cost-conscious social plan.
