I have truly fallen for the enchanting charm of Kyanjin Gompa village. Words simply can't capture the sheer beauty that envelops this place. My ascent to Tsergo RI presented some challenges, but with my knowledgeable guide's gentle push and guidance, I conquered it. All thanks to the MRT team.
For our 25th wedding anniversary, Nepal was our chosen destination. We had previously trekked to ABC in Nepal and loved it. To mark this special occasion in our lives, we were determined to go to the literal top of the world. Since we had a great experience traveling with Mountain Rock Treks in the past, we decided to go with them again to organize our trip. Their efficiency and excellent service during our previous travels impressed us, so we contacted their team. They recommended the Everest Luxury Lodge trek via helicopter, which seemed to be exactly what we were looking for, so we booked it without hesitation. And we don't regret it at all!
The 15-Day Manaslu Circuit Trek led by Mountain Rock Tours was simply amazing. The carefully organized trip took us through the original, genuine, and culturally vibrant landforms. The weather bestowed us with marvelous vistas, and the journey, particularly about Larkya La pass, offered spectacular views. Our guide, Tenzing, was a treasure – professional and educated with loads of patience. His observations about local vegetation and animals enriched the trek. The whole trek with Mountain Rock Treks was a smooth process, which left us with life-long experiences of glorious visions and the intentionally established relationship with this lovely Manaslu Valley.
Mountain Rock Treks truly knows how to create a luxurious trekking experience. Throughout the EBC Luxury trek, I was treated like royalty. The expert guides led us on well-paced hikes, ensuring we had ample time to appreciate the awe-inspiring vistas.
The accommodations were top-notch, with cozy rooms and excellent amenities. Having Mountain Rock Treks as our trekking partner was an absolute pleasure, and I wouldn't hesitate to book another adventure with them.
Due to flight cancellations, booking a regular flight from Lukla to Kathmandu was very difficult. Fortunately, we caught Mountain Rock Treks; thus, they managed to book a helicopter flight for us in no time. It was smooth regarding bookings, quite efficient, which really reduced our stress. Later, in the helicopter, it was really enjoyable to have such amazing views of the Himalayas. Thus, we were relieved upon our arrival in Kathmandu with no further hassle. If you are in the same situation, I highly recommend taking this helicopter flight; that was really a time-saving and breathtaking experience.
I sought new challenges after climbing many 6000m and 7000m peaks. Nepal's reputation preceded it, leading me to the majestic Mt. Manaslu, the eighth-tallest peak in the world. The expedition turned out to be a thrilling success. Reaching the summit was the climax of success, but the trek to Manaslu’s base camp was no less life-changing. The team’s expertise and leadership were praiseworthy. I thank Mountain Rock Treks for their outstanding service, which was beyond my imagination. The Sherpas, the dedicated kitchen staff, and porters made navigating the treacherous terrain of Nepal an easy affair. Their priceless contributions guaranteed a smooth and memorable event.
My partner and I recently completed the Fantastic Everest and Gokyo trek with Mountain Rock Treks, and it was indeed an incredible experience. Our guide, Pemba, was professional and very helpful and ensured we were safe and comfortable throughout the trek. The porter, Lama, was also very friendly and polite, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the trip. The scenery during the trek was breathtaking and constantly changed, making every day feel like a new adventure. The trek was undoubtedly challenging, especially the Cho La Pass, but it was all worth it for the unforgettable views and sense of accomplishment. We highly recommend Deepak from Mountain Rock Treks for anyone considering this trek!"
