  • Made our Dream a Reality With the Gokyo – Everest Base Camp Trek

We combined two treks Gokyo – Everest Base Camp Trek, into one with the help of our guides, Dama and sherpa Mama. Mountains climbing is not only meditation but also reaching your limits, both mental and physical. Dama was always there to guide, strengthen, and provide us with the best guidance on controlling our boundaries and the natural world, with a lot of patience, understanding, and care. He will be the person I climb all peaks with if I return to Nepal on a trek! I'm grateful to Dama for realizing my ambition of ascending to one of the world's highest points.

  • The Splendor of Everest From the Air With an Everest Circuit Helicopter Tour

I contacted Mountain Rock Treks for an Everest Circuit helicopter tour and trek after viewing a YouTube video of the Everest region. They responded to my email right away and verified my reservation. The flight from Lukla to Everest View hotel was fantastic. We left from the chopper in Kalapattar, where Everest and nearby peaks greeted us with cold air and beautiful snow. We especially want to thank Mr. Deepak for organizing this helicopter flight, trek, and sightseeing tour of Kathmandu.

  • Uniquely Spectacular: Everest Base Camp return by Helicopter and Trek

In a single word, “incredible!” That’s the best way to describe my experience with the Everest Base Camp Helicopter Trek. The journey was filled with unforgettable moments, from the awe-inspiring views of the helicopter ride to the luxurious accommodations at Base Camp. Added to that were the unparalleled services provided by the guides, allowing us to relax and truly appreciate the beauty of the Himalayas. I could not have asked for a better way to experience the majestic Everest Base Camp.

  • 10-day EBC with Heli fly from Kala Patthar

The Mountain Rock Treks were perfect, even the fascinating and challenging EBC hike. The 10-day EBC with Heli fly from Kala Patthar that we selected had a fantastic schedule. Even though we would prefer to break up the Lobuche - Everest Base Camp portion into two days, Binita handled all the booking and trekking arrangements expertly. She was accessible via WhatsApp and email, which was very useful. Dayang was a fantastic tour guide who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. He took care of everything, from arranging our lodging to making sure we had plenty to eat, and he was very knowledgeable about the area. Having him as a guide, who was equally kind and helpful, was a blessing for us.

Aside from the trek, all the lodging and dining options were excellent, and the transportation was efficient. Anyone exploring the area should use Mountain Rock Treks in the Himalayans. It was way better with them than with anyone else. It was worth waiting to hike above the clouds and look down at the helicopters hovering below. It's difficult to describe what it's like to continually walk into more beautiful surroundings while the helicopters become smaller and smaller specks in the distance. Alternatively, you might confidently cross swinging bridges 100 feet above raging rapids. Every day brought new challenges and higher altitudes to achieve.

  • Lifetime Experience in Nepal (Everest Base Camp Trek Return by Heli)

My husband and I chose to take our second trek with Mountain Rock Treks due to the professional and organized service we received during our first experience. Having not finished the Everest Base Camp Trek the first time, we felt a sense of unfinished business and were eager to embark on our journey again. At the airport, we were welcomed by our guide, Angdawa Sherpa, and guided to our hotel. He provided us with all the essential information for the upcoming trek there.

On the first day of our trip, our guide picked us up, and we drove to the airport to fly into Lukla. It was incredible to be back on the thrilling flight after so many years. Lukla has one of the shortest runways in the world, measuring 525 meters (1,729 feet long), and it is one of the highest airports on earth at 9,334 ft (2,845 m). The first day's trek to Phakding is relatively easy, although it is a long day due to the drive to the airport and flight. On the second day, we made our way to Namche Bazaar, a thrilling and enjoyable experience with trekking of  5-4hrs. We got the chance to witness the iconic Hillary Bridge and endured a strenuous uphill trek. I couldn't get enough of the majestic Namche. The accommodation on Yeti Mountain Homme was the best one yet! The following day we trek for 5 to 6 hours to Namche Bazar. After a successful acclimatization on 3rd day, we set off to Tengboche. It was a rewarding trek, with a challenging two-hour climb at the end. When we reached the top of the hill, we encountered the stunning visuals of the Tengboche Village and Monastery. The following day brought more suffering for my husband with his headaches, but our guide was there for us. He showed genuine concern for our wellbeing and did his best to help us reach our destination of Dingboche. Even though I suggested taking a break after a short nap, my husband was determined to go on, knowing that an acclimatization day in Dingboche would help her altitude sickness.

We finally arrived at Dingboche, the place we had to turn around on the first trip, and with a pounding headache and no food, my husband still managed to make it to 4712m and then back down to the village. However, he was still feeling unwell in the morning, and instead of continuing to Lobuche, we decided his health was paramount and headed back to Namche Bazaar. Our guide came through for us again, offering transportation options like horseback or helicopter. We chose a helicopter ride and came back.

Even though we still have unfinished business at Everest Base Camp, we praise Mountain Rock Treks and its staff. We are already discussing our third attempt, and when we book, we'll be sure to turn to Mountain Rock Treks. We have gained tremendous trust in their services.

  • Close and Personal Experience With Mt Everest: 5-Hour Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour

We booked a heli tor from Mountain Rock treks on a sunny Monday Morning. The experience of viewing the Mountain of Everest from close was fantastic. All the staff, guides, and captains were amiable and professional. We could not have asked for more from this package. Last but not least, our group of three people's spirit worldwide was lovely and warm right from the start. If you have one free day in Kathmandu, take advantage of this 5-hour tour with your loved ones.

  • A Luxury Trek to Everest Base Camp

I've just returned from a trip of a lifetime from Everest Base Camp luxury trek, and I can't thank Deepak at Mountain Rock Treks enough for making it possible. Deepak planned a fantastic 15-day trip for my five friends and me, including a beautiful stay in and around Kathmandu, accommodation at luxury lodges, and food varieties. No detail was overlooked, and we got a lot for our money and saw some of Nepal's best sides.

  • Airborne Excursion and Trek

The trip's highlight was when we reached Gorak Shep, near Everest Base Camp, and hopped on a helicopter to fly back. It was an exhilarating experience that filled me with joy. This trek and helicopter ride were some of the happiest moments of my life. I highly recommend this trekking company. They know how to make your trekking dreams come true. Trust me, a trek to Everest Base Camp followed by a helicopter ride is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you shouldn't miss.
