I recently returned from Saipal Base Camp trek with Mountain Rock Treks, and the experience was indescribable. I began the trek with a cold from Australia, and Mountain Rock Treks gave me some tea bags to make me comfortable in their office. My guide, Dawa and Mingma, ensured I kept my footing and did not turn off the trail. My guide was very friendly and also asked to carry my pack when they thought I was having trouble while trekking.
