My Tilicho Peak Expedition was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The journey was challenging, but the views were worth it. The scenery was breathtaking, with snow-capped peaks, crystal-clear lakes, and stunning glaciers. The trek was intense, and I was grateful for our experienced guides who ensured we were safe on every step. Reaching the summit of Tilicho Peak was a moment I will never forget. The panoramic views from the top were incredible. The sense of accomplishment and awe at the world's beauty below was overwhelming. The accommodations on the trek were basic but comfortable, and the food was hearty and nourishing. The local people we met along the way were friendly and welcoming. 

If you have limited time in Nepal or want to view the mountain range from above before or after your lengthy trekking trip, an Everest mountain flight is the ideal choice. The Himalayas from the air were magnificent and fascinating. Honestly, the flight was within budget. They have impressed me. 

 

I did the Everest Base Camp Trek (12 days) with Mountain Rock Treks, and it surpassed all expectations. From the moment we arrived in Kathmandu, everything was taken care of which made the whole experience of doing this trek stress-free and enjoyable. Our guide, Dilman, was so knowledgeable, always checking in on us and giving us breaks when needed. The porter's Suk and Bukta were unbelievable- hard-working, funny and a pleasure to trek with. The views of the Himalayas were like nothing I had ever seen before; reaching Everest Base Camp was an absolute dream come true. The professionalism and genuine warm hospitality of this team made coming home from this trip extremely tough. Would love to do another trek with Mountain Rock Treks someday in the future. 

This past week, my friends and I experienced the most spectacular Everest Base Camp trip with a Heli return, and it was all because of the fantastic business we booked with Mountain Rock Treks! They took care of all the worry for us and gave us a realistic idea of what to expect from the path before we ever started. Everything was organized flawlessly; they handled everything, including arranging our accommodations and airport transportation.

Our tour guide, Lakpa, was excellent! He saw that practically all of our requests along the process were fulfilled, and everything went smoothly behind the scenes (we were a pretty high-maintenance group at times, lol). I had complete faith in Lakpa to lead us all to success. I can't express enough gratitude to him and our porters, Dayam, Kancha, and Murali, for making this journey possible. All of you will hold a special place in our hearts due to your excellent hospitality. I hope to work with you soon to arrange a second trip to Nepal.

Cannoning is the most effective approach to witnessing many crocodiles and birds. The jungle walk and elephant safari were fantastic; we saw rhinos and many other animals. I had the pleasure of joining the Everest Base Camp, Cho-la Pass, and Gokyo trek with Mountain Rock Treks in mid-March. From the moment I was introduced to the group in Kathmandu, I knew it would be a great trip. Our lead guide, Tongba, was fantastic. He ensured we were well-prepared and in good condition throughout the trek and was always willing to give us honest advice. He also did an excellent job tailoring the itinerary to make the most of the states and ensure we had the best possible experience.
