For a 14-day Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek, we engaged Mountain Rock Treks and Tours to cater to four individuals. To avoid lagging behind, it's recommended to hike with a group of 4-6 people. Despite the harsh trekking up and down the mountains, the tour is worth every bit of effort. Our guide, Dawa, was an excellent selection, and though he was occasionally hard to comprehend, he seamlessly integrated into our team and became one of us.

It was an excellent decision and an unforgettable experience before our Everest Base Camp trek. The flight was awesome, with stunning aerial views that left us in awe. The ride's convenience was also impressive, allowing us to save time and reach our destination quickly. After completing our trek, we even booked a flight from Lukla to Kathmandu as we were so impressed with the ease and comfort of the journey. Though I have traveled to numerous places, I can confidently say that trekking to the Annapurna Base Camp with Mountain Rock Treks was a journey I will never forget. We were provided with warm tents to sleep in every night, delicious and wholesome meals, and supportive guides for the trails. I felt safe and taken care of at each step of the journey. The Khumbu glacier and amphitheatre of towering peaks were overwhelming sights to behold. Despite the inherent dangers of Lukla, one of the world's most dangerous airports, I was fortunate enough to arrive and depart without incident. Unfortunately, due to mild altitude sickness and a resulting headache, I could not fully enjoy the unique twist on Nepali-inspired pizzas and pastas served in the mountains, a pleasant surprise for my palate nonetheless.
