The trek to Annapurna Base Camp through MountainRock Treks was hard but worth it.  The ascents were  steep, and the walking days were long. In fact, the weather and scenery kept me motivated, but my guide also pushed me in a way that just made me keep my head down and focus on what was required. 

I enjoyed the group, and all of us were enthusiastically sharing stories at the tea houses in the evening. All the staff at MountainRock Treks were great professionals, and you know they do care about each trekker. I feel so lucky to have reach base camp, and all thanks to Mountain Rock Treks.

My two-week spiritual Nepal pilgrimage with Mountain Rock Treks (MRT) was a remarkable journey of soul awakening and multicultural communication. It was indeed a memorable one. Be it the majestic Pashupatinath temple in Kathmandu or the serenity of the Muktinath temple, where I felt a deep sense of harmony and peace. Our guide, Ram, was very knowledgeable and diligent and explained everything with great care and precision. The relaxed atmosphere of the B&B and the yummy vegetarian dishes while on the road made the overall travel a breeze. The tour has far exceeded my expectations, so I highly recommend it to all pilgrims willing to have a deep spiritual transformation in Nepal.

Visiting all the sacred sites in Kathmandu and beyond, with the highlight being the incredible helicopter tour to Muktinath, filled our hearts with joy. Finding good vegetarian accommodations in Kathmandu and Pokhara would have been a challenge, but Mountain Rock Treks cared for everything, even securing comfortable lodges catering to our dietary needs. Our guide was a gem. He was friendly and informative, and his fluency in Hindi made the experience even more special for my Mom. He truly elevated the tour with his cheerful personality and insightful commentary. 

Mountain Rock Treks exceeded our expectations for our Annapurna Base Camp trek.  We selected the all-inclusive package, so we did not have to think of a thing - accommodation, food, permits, and logistics - their company took care of everything, and it was seamless.

Pemba was an energetic and patient guide, which was awesome. Pemba helped set the pace to match our capability and needs while keeping us safe and comfortable. The porters were also really nice - with all the smiles and friendliness. We are looking forward to trekking with Mountain Rock Treks again.

The best experience ever on the Pikey Peak Trek with Mountain Rock Treks. Dipak and his team were so organized from start to finish of the trek. Ramesh, our guide, was out of this world; he not only looked after us but also prayed for good weather, and we had the most stunning views at sunrise from the summit. Ramesh, along with our porters Rajesh and Lakpa, were always so happy and professional, which made the trek even more fun. I will definitely be booking more treks again with Mountain Rock Treks.

If you are looking out for a well-organised and stress-free trip, it’s Mountain Rock Treks ‘Rara Jeep Tour’. The 6-night, 7-day tour was planned so perfectly to make our trip out of the world.

The schedule was not too tight, and the journey felt perfect with activities, travelling, and relaxing time.

Meals given throughout the tour were also great, having a mixed local set and a few other international dishes to fulfil everyone’s diet, making sure no one was left hungry. 

Our Everest Base Camp trekking was nearly an epic disaster because of the woes of peak season. We had organised the flights from Kathmandu to Lukla, but the flight was cancelled twice, and we had to wait two days. Thank you fully. Mountain Rock Treks offered the Ramechhap to Lukla flight as the alternative for this trek. Although this was not initially part of our agenda, I can tell you it was a lifesaver. Mountain Rock Treks was professional in the rebooking and only slightly altered our schedule. All in all, the Ramechhap flight itself was quite an interesting affair. I would strongly recommend Mountain Rock Treks to anyone on an Everest trekking tour during the peak season mainly if they want to avoid Lukla Flight Hassle.
