The Gokyo lake Trek with Renjo la pass in Nepal with Mountain Rock Treks is a must-do for any adventurous traveler. From the moment we started our journey, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the Himalayas that will stay with you long after your trek.

The trek is challenging, but the sense of accomplishment you feel upon reaching the top of Renjo la pass is well worth the effort. Our guide, Renjo, was knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the trek. The support staff was all friendly and helpful, making the experience much more enjoyable.

The Gokyo, Kala Patthar, and other viewpoints along the Everest Base Camp (EBC) trek route are some of the most popular and breathtaking destinations for trekkers in the Nepal Himalayas. The EBC trek takes you through the heart of the Solu-Khumbu region, home to the famous Sagarmatha National Park and the highest mountain in the world, Mount Everest. We started our trek from Jiri, one of the unique aspects of the EBC trek. Jiri is a small town in the Solu-Khumbu region. This route, known as the Jiri to EBC trek, is a more traditional and less crowded route that offers a more authentic experience of the area and its culture. Special thanks to Mountain Rock Treks for all the trouble they went through for us to make our trip wonderful. 

After our Everest circuit helicopter ride and trek, I am at a loss for words to adequately convey how fantastic and mind-blowing this experience was. But it did, at last, provide an answer to the question that every 5-year-old is asked: "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

I want to be a pilot for the Everest circuit tour!!LOL! Rambabu took us on a ride that was fun and stunningly beautiful. It's magical to observe the Mountain region's natural splendor up close. Altogether we were three people in the Helicopter. At the conclusion, we were all thrilled about the experience, which I want to do every day from this day forward. Rambabu, do you offer flight lessons?

We organized a group helicopter flight through Mountain Rock Treks to make sure we could return from Gorak Shep in comfort and quickly. The group arranged everything very well - the luggage, timing, etc.  

All in all, the helicopter flight was scenic and nice and the group price was reasonable. A great option for families or friends that want to save energy and time.

Our next stop was to be taken to Kathmandu Durbar Square, and we learned about the old palaces, the living goddess Kumari, and recovery from the earthquake. Our guide shared local stories of mythology and history related to festivals that added depth to our experience at a UNESCO site.

The pace of walking was good and we had plenty of time to take pictures and questions. This is great for history buffs.

It was an unforgettable experience climbing on the mountains to Himlung Himal. Our guide, Govinda, was very knowledgeable and helpful so we were never overly concerned or uncomfortable regarding our own safety during the trip. A hard climb, but not difficult due to the planning and detail oriented team. There was experience on this trip, and with this experience we made it to the top and back down safely. This company is highly recommendable for someone looking for a professional climbing experience.

The trek from Shivalaya to Kinja on the third day was challenging, lasting 6-7 hours. However, the scenery was breathtaking, making all the effort worth it. The Kinja village was a charming place to spend the night, with friendly locals and a peaceful atmosphere. The accommodation and food along the way were excellent, and the guides and staff were always there to support and assist. Overall, it was an incredible trip that I will never forget.

My experience with Mountain Rock Treks on the Luxury Annapurna Base Camp Trek was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived in Nepal, their team made me feel welcome, safe, and completely taken care of.

This 14-day journey was the perfect mix of adventure, cultural discovery, and comfort. Reaching Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) was a surreal and unforgettable moment.

Our guide was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and always attentive to our group’s needs. The porters were incredibly hardworking and kind, and I’m genuinely grateful for their support throughout the trek.

Everything was well-organized, from permits and transport to daily trekking schedules. The pace was ideal, with plenty of time to acclimate and enjoy the scenery. Mountain Rock Treks clearly knows how to deliver a premium trekking experience while keeping the spirit of Himalayan adventure alive.
