I wanted a nature hike in Kathmandu, as I wanted a break away from the madness of the city. Mountain Rock Treks recommended this trail for good reason, as Nagarjun-Jamacho did not disappoint. It was fantastic walking through the rhododendron woods, and being able to see monkeys, and birds, and having our guides' appreciation of conservation was a great bonus. 

I visited Gokyo, and Everest Base Camp in October 2019 believe me this is a must-do in your life!! The trek was moderate to challenging, and we completed it in 21 days. I suggest adding an extra day to explore more in the Everest region. Ensure you fly to and from Lukla in the mornings (the weather is quite unpredictable, and flights might get canceled). Overall, my trekking experience with Mountain Rock Treks was outstanding. 

Having climbed several peaks, including Mera and Island with Mountain Rock Treks, I naturally chose Mt. Manaslu Climbing with them. They are logistical unrivaled with a great support team. As a regular customer of Mountain Rock Treks, I went on the Manaslu Circuit trek with MRT last year, 2023.  From our first communication via WhatsApp to the last shuttle ride to the airport, Deepak did everything impeccably. My guide, Phurba, was an ever-professional person. He had a vast knowledge of the area combined with a passion for his country. He made sure we were safe throughout our trip. His sense of humor made the hike lively, and the scenery was excellent, with endless fascinating views.

The 14-Day Naya Kanga Peak Climbing Package with mountain rock treks offered me a well-packed itinerary that allowed me to enjoy a great trek through the Langtang Valley and a successful peak climb. Naya Kang Summit provided me with many great opportunities for adventure. Our guides, Dawa and Mingma, were friendly and ensured we were comfortable regardless of our experience. The food and accommodations were better than I expected. The climb was not so difficult for someone with a slight fitness advantage. Being on the top of Naya Kanga and realising how beautiful the world is was a priceless and wonderful experience. I highly recommend this trip with Mountain Rock Treks for beginner climbers wanting an essential experience at a budget cost.

Over the years, I have been on several expeditions to Nepal, which I organised with Mountain Rock Trek's top-notch service. This year, none of my friends was available to climb in Nepal in the Autumn season, so I contacted MRT and decided to join the Manaslu expedition. They organised everything and gave me a personal climbing Sherpa for the whole trip. For the entire duration of the trip, MRT took care of everything, including accommodation, tea houses, and food. I had a nice private tent at base camp, and the cook and kitchen staff always smiled and cooked well. Dawa was my Sherpa, and we became close friends and climbing partners.

The best time of the trip was when we were shipping delicious brewed coffee, looking over phenomenal views. It was fascinating to see how everything is so different and straightforward here—one of the best trips I had. Also, Mr. Depak Pande and his team were very attentive and professional.
