My trek with Mountain Rock Treks during the Mani Rimdu Festival Trek in Everest was remarkable. The cancelled Lukla flight due to harsh weather was a little setback in our plan, but the group made way without a miss move and rearranged our travel itinerary in no time.   Their service was first-class the whole time, and their attention to detail was fabulous. From the beginning, I was amazed by their professional attitude while equally dedicated to creating a cherished event for all the participants in my group. 

My Mani Rimdu Festival Trek to Everest was indeed something magical. Since the exciting Lukla flight set us off on this trip, I understood that this journey would be special. We arrived at Tengboche Monastery which was lucky that coinciding with the celebration was a piece of luck. It was all about the colours, the mesmerising chants, and the spiritual atmosphere that gave me the moment that I'll carry with me for ever and ever. This walk is a must-have for those who would love to have a really enthralling, turn of the century character experience.

I decided to fly to Nepal to trek the Himalayas without much prior research; I stayed at Hotel Florid after seeing other reviews advising that the manager Dipak was knowledgeable about the mountains and hiking options. This was accurate, and I booked a two-week Langtang Gosaikunda Lauribina Pass Trek on his recommendation. Days before it started, I looked at a city tour of KTM temples and a day trek to Jamacho. All my excursions were great fun, and I liked all the guides. My guide Yam on Lang tang was very experienced, looked after me, and made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. On my return to the hotel, I even booked a 4th trip with the company to Chitwan, which was a lot of fun and well organized.

I would highly recommend this company! Our guide, Ramesh, was attentive and helpful. He went beyond his duties a few times and was cheerful, which helped bring up the mood on an incredibly arduous day. The 19 Day Annapurna Circuit Trek was gorgeous, and thank you, Dipak (the boss of Mountain Rocks!), for recommending this trek and introducing Ramesh to us. I hope to be back in Nepal soon for another hike with this company and Ramesh!

I never did helicopter tours in Nepal but I had got chance to do it in a group. we did kanjing landing and Gosainkunda landing tour. which is amazing. thank you for organizing a wonderful trip.

It was pleasant to travel with Info Mountain Rock Treks to the Langtang Goisaikunda  Laurebina pass Trek. Both the staff and the company provided excellent hospital care.  Although it's a bit of a hike to get there, our guide and porter were really helpful, knowledgeable about the mountain, and experienced. All visitors should utilize Mountain  Rock Trek, a travel agency based in Nepal. I will be using this agency to travel to Nepal in the near future. Thank you to the entire family at Mountain Rock Treks. 

 

On the ascent to the top of Gokyo Ri, the Gokyo Lakes provide stunning scenery. Gokyo  Resort is a lodge I can highly suggest. It has an attached bathroom, a welcoming staff,  wonderful meals, and an on-site bakery with delicious cake.
