David and I recently finished the EBC luxury trip with Mountain Rock Treks. We had a  great time and would definitely do it again. Our guide, Gopal, was excellent; he had a great sense of humor, was really knowledgeable, and he made sure we were taken care of the entire trip. What a journey; I can't wait to join these guys on another trek when I go back to Nepal in the future!

 

One of the best places to travel by foot in Langtang National Park is the Holy Lake of Gosainkunda. The lake and its surroundings are absolutely lovely. Since the lake is bordered by tall hills, most of the year they are covered with snow. You simply need to be cautious because high altitude sickness could strike. This was my best vacation ever because it took me to my favorite destination, the  Himalayas. My daughter and I recently visited Gokyo and Renjo La. Mountain Rock Trek looked after us once more, and they were fantastic. I've known these people for almost 5  years and they've always taken good care of me. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone interested in visiting the Himalayas. 

It was my first visit to Nepal, and we were really pleased with the friendliness, assistance,  and consideration we received from Mountain Rock Treks members and employees. Our superb vehicle and lovely accommodations fit our needs and desired budget. All excursions and activities were carefully arranged with my interests, time constraints, and the need of the elderly passengers I was traveling with in mind. Our tour guides provided us with useful information about each location and escorted us to the best local eateries. 

 

I had an absolutely fantastic group. I'd never done anything like this before. The days were extremely long. You get into the swing of things on the third day. This trip was all about
hiking and sightseeing (culture). The food was delicious. The accommodations were basic but typical of the area. This is not a relaxing trip, but it is truly wonderful!

One of Nepal's more popular and accessible hiking routes in Lantang Valley. Furthermore, it is the same valley that was so severely affected by the earthquake in 2015. Most hikers
take a leisurely eight to ten days to complete the round trip to the head of the valley, spend one or two days there, and then return. I really love the culture, traditions, majestic mountains, unique flora, and fauna. Thanks, Mountain Rock Treks for helping me with this trek.

Our booking experience with Mountain Rock Treks was fantastic. It was simple and anxiety-free. Ask for Rajan to be your guide; he was amiable and humorous and made the trip enjoyable. He was the lone guide who offered his trekkers a delectable fruit plate every evening after dinner. Just for us, he climbs the mountain carrying the fruit. He would occasionally teach us a few Nepali words. The entire journey was enjoyable for us.
