I did trekking all around the world, among them Gokyo lake trek with renjo la pass is one of the best trekking. I have been in this trek in winter, it is extremely cold but still, you can do it. My guide lakpa has a lot of experience of the Himalayas and mountains. Mountain rock treks and expeditions have sensible in their duties. I am really happy with their services. definitely next time I will upper mustang trek with them. have a nice and good time on Mountain Rock Treks And Expedition.
I just returned from doing the Budget Everest Base Camp Trek with a helicopter flyout with Mountain Rock Treks, and it was absolutely incredible. Our guide, Ram, was great-, always there if we needed anything and so knowledgeable. He really made our trek safe and enjoyable! The trek itself was beautiful- lots of great views of towering peaks/ vibrant Sherpa villages. But the helicopter ride back to Kathmandu was definitely the highlight. It felt like I had won a sweepstakes prize. So lucky that we flew RIGHT over EBC as well as some other famous landmarks in the region. Unbeatable perspective/view of these beautiful landscapes and mountains.
Among the several treks in Nepal, Annapurna always looks pretty. I had been Annapurna circuit in 2011 on the occasion of Nepal tourism year, which was one of the most memorable trips. This time I did Tilicho lake, which is Gorgeous. Guide and potters from mountain Rock treks are excellent.
Exactly as promised, the Gokyo Everest Base Camp Trek by land with Mountain Rock Treks was a truly unforgettable experience. Skipping the Lukla flight and going overland added an extra sense of adventure to the trip. The road journey to Phaplu takes you through villages and countryside most trekkers never get close to. Followed by a demanding but enjoyable walk in with surreal views of Gokyo Lakes, Ngozumpa Glacier and finally, Mount Everest. Our guide, Pasang, was fantastic, keeping us safe & sharing his extensive knowledge of NEPAL.
Despite going solo, I never felt alone on this trek with Mountain Rock Treks. The friendly and inclusive environment fostered by the guides made me feel welcome and comfortable. Sharing stories and adventures with fellow trekkers, all motivated by the same goal, created a strong sense of camaraderie. Reaching Base Camp together solidified these newfound friendships, making the experience even more special.
If you're looking for a less crowded and more authentic Himalayan experience, then the Manaslu Circuit Trek with Mountain Rock Treks is the perfect choice. Compared to other popular treks, this one felt off-the-beaten-path, offering a glimpse into the traditional lives of the local people. We encountered fewer trekkers and were able to truly appreciate the tranquillity and natural beauty of the region. Mountain Rock Treks provided excellent service throughout the trip. They were flexible in accommodating our dietary needs and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy the trek comfortably. I highly recommend this trek to anyone seeking a unique and challenging adventure in the Himalayas, away from the crowds.
I initially opted for the Langtang Valley trek with Mountain Rock Treks. The Langtang Valley trek was a fascinating experience that revealed the region to me. Deep forests, tumbling waterfalls, and quaint villages such as Kyanjin Gompa topped in a flavour of life in the Himalayas. Although I had been informed about the relatively straightforward ascent of Naya Kanga, I talked with Santosh about the options. They were flexible enough to incorporate Naya Kanga into our plan, allowing me to take full advantage of the mountainous location. The ascent was moderately difficult yet invigorating. The high camp allowed me to see the neighbouring summits, which elevated my spirit. Above all, reaching the top was a moment of complete thrill.
The 3 days adventure to Chitwan National Park was extraordinary for me. It was a tour that lasted two nights, which gave me the best experience. When I reached Kathmandu, I thought I had been traveling for an extended period, but all the time and miles were worth it. Our guide was perfect, as we were delighted with diverse and unique facts about local life, and, of course, we saw every animal our eyes could see. Wow, I was impressed by the quality of the buffet-style meals. It's a must-do, so you can easily say "Yes I've been to the Chitwan national Park"
