My recent 10-day tour of Nepal and Bhutan was a deeply spiritual journey that left me feeling renewed and inspired. We began in Kathmandu, where the ancient temples and sacred sites transported us to another time. The city's vibrant energy was a stark contrast to the serene beauty of Pokhara, where we meditated by the tranquil Phewa Lake. Bhutan, with its focus on Gross National Happiness, was a revelation. Thimphu's traditional architecture and the stunning Punakha Dzong were awe-inspiring. Our hike to the Tiger's Nest Monastery was a test of our physical and spiritual endurance, and the reward of reaching the monastery was beyond words.

The 12-day Everest Base Camp trek route passes through some of the most breathtaking scenery on earth. It begins among pine forests and clear rivers before climbing up to ice-covered mountains and Base Camp. The level of difficulty is just right—challenging without being overly exhausting.

I had the absolute best luck being able to join The Mountain Rock Trek for my second adventure, which once again completely transformed my life. If you want to be inspired,  open up, and advance both personally and in your purpose, I would definitely recommend them.

Mountain Rock Treks handled all of the planning for my December hike in the stunning Langtang Valley. The journey began with a protracted, bumpy drive to Syabrubesi. My
guide Gopal was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, which was essential when deciding which guest house to stay in. He was aware of who had the best cuisine. We had a fantastic time in the mountains.

When the flight from Lukla to Kathmandu that I had been booked on was cancelled due to weather, Mountain Rock Treks had organized a helicopter in hours. Organization was impeccable—picked up, briefed, and in the air within minutes. The flight itself is unremarkable, and the view of the Himalayas an added bonus. I arrived at Kathmandu on schedule, with time to keep my appointments. For others with limited itineraries or onward travel elsewhere, this heli base provides the perfect escape from Lukla.

I booked and completed this ideal heli tour to Annapurna base camp. The tour was very affordable. I will undoubtedly return to Nepal in the coming days for trips. The beauty of Nepal is amazing and there are a lot of places I want to visit.

From the first contact to the final certificate, I could not blame Mountain Rock Trekl for trekking services in Nepal. I have very little trekking experience, and this was my first trek in Nepal. The organization of accommodations, transportation, and necessary equipment was flawless, and my guide was both professional and entertaining. I would absolutely suggest this firm and will use them again if I travel to Nepal for another trek.
