When the flight from Lukla to Kathmandu that I had been booked on was cancelled due to weather, Mountain Rock Treks had organized a helicopter in hours. Organization was impeccable—picked up, briefed, and in the air within minutes. The flight itself is unremarkable, and the view of the Himalayas an added bonus. I arrived at Kathmandu on schedule, with time to keep my appointments. For others with limited itineraries or onward travel elsewhere, this heli base provides the perfect escape from Lukla.

I booked and completed this ideal heli tour to Annapurna base camp. The tour was very affordable. I will undoubtedly return to Nepal in the coming days for trips. The beauty of Nepal is amazing and there are a lot of places I want to visit.

From the first contact to the final certificate, I could not blame Mountain Rock Trekl for trekking services in Nepal. I have very little trekking experience, and this was my first trek in Nepal. The organization of accommodations, transportation, and necessary equipment was flawless, and my guide was both professional and entertaining. I would absolutely suggest this firm and will use them again if I travel to Nepal for another trek.

A fantastic journey to EBC. Robin was an excellent Everest Base Camp Trek guide,  always going above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable. One of the most memorable experiences of my life.

 

The sunrise views from Kalapathar of Mt. Everest, Pumori, Nuptse, and Lhotse were breathtaking. This is something I will never forget in my life. For me, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I am grateful to Mountain Rock Treks for their assistance, care, and service. 

Booking and contact with Mountain Rock Treks have been outstanding! Since I started looking for a tour of Upper Mustang about a year ago, all of my inquiries have been welcomed and promptly addressed.The helicopter journey to Upper Mustang was fantastic.It was the quickest and most luxurious method of visiting the forbidden land.

Away from the crowds, great mountain views This was a difficult but enjoyable walk that kept us away from all the other visitors for ten days. Camping is the way to go if you want to avoid crowds and don't mind being uncomfortable! Mountain Rock treks is a serious operator who care for their clients very carefully.

Throughout the journey, my guide was an absolute rock star. We trekked to Baglunpani and Ghanpokhara. Everything went off smoothly. I'm generally skeptical of guides because I believe they bring their own agenda to the trip and appear to believe that their brief is limited to showing the client the trail, but Gopal has a broad knowledge of trekking in Nepal and this at all and really added value to our trek, and I would recommend anyone trekking in Nepal.
