When my partner suffered altitude sickness at Gorak Shep, Mountain Rock Treks quickly arranged a helicopter, and we were taken off the mountain in hours. The pilot was so professional, and despite the urgency of our situation, the views of Everest from the helicopter were spectacular.

Plus, we were transferred safely and quickly to Kathmandu. For sure, I would recommend their excellent emergency services for anyone trekking for a short or long period in the Everest region.

Due to a delayed flight, I arrived late to Lhasa. Mountain Rock Treks immediately changed my itinerary.
