One-hour scenic flight over the mountains may be the solution if helicopter flight costs are high. We were fortunate to wake up to a clear morning because, as just the day before, it was very cloudy. Unfortunately, we had seats near the front, so there was an engine and prop in the way of free photos, but they are a necessary part of the plane. Seats near the rear of the aircraft would offer better views.
All the passengers could go up to the flight deck with a magnificent view and clarity. The co-pilot identifies the many mountains of interest and will, upon request, shoot pictures or movies for you. Consequently, you get a good perspective from the front, even if the view from your seat could be better. Although it could be worth asking, I wonder if you can request a seat when you check in.
There was severe rain the night before our vacation, but it stopped in time for us to depart. There were 16 passengers, and each of us had a window seat. Even though it was primarily gloomy, we could still clearly see the Himalayas and Mount Everest. Everyone on board was invited to the cockpit to observe and photograph the mountains. The flight itself lasted for roughly an hour. Likewise, checking in, boarding, etc., was simple and fast. I recommend this trip to you if you have never got a chance to Hike to the Everest Base Camp. It was stunning and emotional to see Everest from such a close view.
The Gokyo Lake Helicopter Tour with Mountain Rock Treks was an absolute highlight of my trip to Nepal. The views of Mount Everest and the surrounding area were breathtaking, and the opportunity to land and explore the Gokyo Lakes was genuinely magical. It's hard to describe just how beautiful and awe-inspiring this tour was.
The team at Mountain Rock Treks was professional and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. They were always there to answer any questions and ensured that every aspect of the tour was taken care of. I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to making the experience as enjoyable as possible.
I took a fantastic Kori heli tour, which was the ideal excursion to fully appreciate nature. You cannot put into words the view of the mountains, Kapuche Lake, and glimpses of waterfalls. The best tour I've ever taken was the Kapuche Heli Tour.
Together with Xiring from Mountain Rock, we successfully finished the Manaslu and Tsum Valley expedition. We had a wonderful three-week trek and would certainly recommend asking for Xiring. He was so amiable and courteous, and he answered all of our questions about the various regions, Nepalese history, villages, and customs. He provided for all of our requirements during the walk, had a fantastic sense of humor, and anticipated our wants. We wholeheartedly endorse both this journey and this guide. We appreciate the MRT team for making our walk so special.
Gosainkunda Lake is a popular destination for foreign hikers as well as Hindus and Buddhists because of its elevation of 4300 meters and the special feeling of alpine freshwater it provides deep in the lake. There are a number of lakes in this area, but Gosaikunda, Saraswati Kunda, and Bhairab Kunda are the three most prominent ones. You will also get to see stunning vistas of the Langtang Lirung (7,227 m), Manaslu Range (8,156 m), Ganesh Himal Range (7,429 m), and several Tibetan Peaks. What a beautiful hike
I was pleasantly surprised by Poon Hill Trek. Everything was fully planned, including the tea houses, so that the trekkers could unwind. Amazing views and delectable food could be found at every tea shop visited. The journey was flawless thanks to our guide Gopal. He had a great deal of local knowledge and it was obvious he sincerely enjoyed his work. Always had a big smile on his face and went above and beyond to make sure we had the finest experience. I would advise anyone to try this trek with Mountain Rock Treks.
It was a completely planned trek with exceptional lodges in the Annapurna region. It was a less crowded trail that allows trekkers to explore the basic lifestyle and culture of the Gurung people. Excellent guides. Most importantly, we were overjoyed that we had two guides. The scenery and environment are both breathtaking. Beyond comprehension. Despite the difficulties, it is well worth the effort. Change your life by trekking along.
