The trip to Everest Base Camp, where I went with my husband, was the most incredible adventure. The environment, the residents, the culture, and the animals are all from another world. We had fantastic weather, with a bright sun and clear skies every day, but the higher you went, the colder it got. Every visitor should take a helicopter ride because the views above the clouds are stunning.
I enjoy exploring new locations by myself and meeting individuals from various cultures. When I travel and tour the entire area, I never fail to sense a connection to the location. The Everest Base Camp was by far the nicest of them all. The trek was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Walking through Namche Bazar's streets and the subsequent flight to Lukla were quite out of this world. I shall never forget the view of the Himalayas and the steep valleys surrounding Everest, which included remarkable flora and fauna, villages, and local marketplaces. One can die for the daybreak view and the snow-capped mountains.
The accommodation and food along the trek were also top-notch. We stayed in comfortable lodges and ate delicious, locally-sourced meals. The team at Mountain Rock Treks went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
The opportunity to visit the sacred lakes in the Gokyo Valley is rare. The water was crystal clear, and the surroundings were peaceful and serene. I also enjoyed exploring the local villages and learning about the region's culture and way of life.
It was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to do it again. The team at Mountain Rock Treks truly made it a trip of a lifetime. "
Me and my son doing this trek from April till May. It was fantastic with less crowd. It is far better than the Everest base cam crowded trek in Nepal. I Recommended this trek and guide phurba Bhote from Mountain Rock Trek.
we are a group of seven people and we decide to do the Annapurna base camp trek which is the best time available and Dipak made it smoothly. We have only 9 days time in Nepal.
Everest base camp trek for 12 days is designed for a best trek in Nepal. I complete my dream in 2015. Today finally we did it. thank you, Dipak for such a good trip.
Our trip was fantastic and far higher quality than we anticipated. We always obtained the greatest accommodations and frequently a private room for us with a toilet thanks to the excellent assistance. This is even at its peak. The tour guide always adjusted to our pace, striking the appropriate mix between providing us with extra details and explanations and maintaining our privacy. If we needed anything, they were always there. They were a major factor in our success!
Crossing into Bhutan, we were welcomed by breathtaking landscapes and a sense of tranquillity that permeated every moment of our journey. Paro Taktsang, the "Tiger's Nest" monastery, was an absolute highlight. The hike to this iconic site was challenging but incredibly rewarding. Our guide's deep knowledge of Bhutan's culture and history enriched our experience as we explored Thimphu, the capital city, and learned about Bhutan's unique Gross National Happiness philosophy. The 10-day tour felt like a whirlwind of discovery, spirituality, and natural beauty. It was a journey of a lifetime, and I can't recommend this Nepal and Bhutan tour enough. Both countries left an indelible mark on my heart.
