After coming across Alexei Vink's journey to base camp on the Guardian, we decided to embark on our adventure to EBC, which proved to be one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. The Himalayas offered breathtaking beauty, warm hospitality, and delectable Sherpa cuisine, among other things.

 

I am eager to return to Nepal for another adventure with Mountain Rock Treks, as my accommodations in Lukla, Phakding, and Namche were simply superb. The lodges in Namche were especially impressive, with attached bathrooms, hot showers, and WiFi for seamless communication with loved ones. This luxury trek exceeded all expectations, with stunning room accommodations that were truly beyond imagination. Namaste!

 

I think Mountain Rock Treks is fantastic for 10 Days of Everest Base Camp trekking. They handle everything so you can focus on enjoying the walk. The trek was great, and when things went wrong (sick people, bad weather, delayed flights), they made every effort to ensure I had the most incredible experience possible.

 

My second trip to Nepal with Mountain Rock Treks was incredible, and I had a travel buddy with me this time, and we decided to embark on a thrilling adventure. We planned to trek to the famous Mount Everest Base Camp and then challenge ourselves by climbing Island Peak later. To add an extra touch of excitement, we even arranged a helicopter ride back. Mountain Rock Treks flawlessly organised our entire journey, and our guide, Dawa, was simply excellent.

I had an incredible adventure trekking to Everest Base Camp, surrounded by awe-inspiring scenery. The entire trip was flawlessly arranged, and Mr. Deepak was exceptional, ensuring everything was handled. Our mountain guide, Mr. Dawa, was highly experienced and led us safely. I extend my gratitude and a warm "namaste" to our porters who carried our heaviest belongings. Reaching Base Camp and returning safely wouldn't have been possible without their support. It was indeed a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We combined two treks Gokyo – Everest Base Camp Trek, into one with the help of our guides, Dama and sherpa Mama. Mountains climbing is not only meditation but also reaching your limits, both mental and physical. Dama was always there to guide, strengthen, and provide us with the best guidance on controlling our boundaries and the natural world, with a lot of patience, understanding, and care. He will be the person I climb all peaks with if I return to Nepal on a trek! I'm grateful to Dama for realizing my ambition of ascending to one of the world's highest points.

I contacted Mountain Rock Treks for an Everest Circuit helicopter tour and trek after viewing a YouTube video of the Everest region. They responded to my email right away and verified my reservation. The flight from Lukla to Everest View hotel was fantastic. We left from the chopper in Kalapattar, where Everest and nearby peaks greeted us with cold air and beautiful snow. We especially want to thank Mr. Deepak for organizing this helicopter flight, trek, and sightseeing tour of Kathmandu.

In a single word, “incredible!” That’s the best way to describe my experience with the Everest Base Camp Helicopter Trek. The journey was filled with unforgettable moments, from the awe-inspiring views of the helicopter ride to the luxurious accommodations at Base Camp. Added to that were the unparalleled services provided by the guides, allowing us to relax and truly appreciate the beauty of the Himalayas. I could not have asked for a better way to experience the majestic Everest Base Camp.
