This trip was my second trip to Nepal. This time, a friend and I went there, and we decided to hike to Mount Everest Base Camp, climb Island Peak, and take a helicopter ride home. By Mountain Rock, everything was meticulously planned. While we were together, I gained a lot of knowledge. We felt completely comfortable the entire time we were trekking because he has extensive experience in that activity. It was so incredible that I was able to hike to Everest Base Camp, climb Island Peak, and take a helicopter ride back. View as dinner that I was able to see the view by three-way walking to Everest Base Camp, climbing Island Peak, and seeing panoramic view of mountain ranges.
I'm grateful to Gopal and his crew for creating a timetable and experience that suited my availability and skills. Gopal's expertise in the Everest region and working with clients to create a unique trip was evident during the planning phase. Once the journey had started, Gopal's crew did a great job of preparing me for the hike by offering knowledge and assistance. It was nice to learn from them and to have their support, and it was difficult to say goodbye after spending 9 days with them. Regards, Gopal, and crew!
Beautiful trek in the Everest region; enjoyable to spend time in the vibrant and crowded Namche Bazaar on the second day before continuing on a less traveled route to the Gokyo Lakes. The highlight of the walk is the ascent to Gokyo Ri, which offers magnificent vistas of the Himalayan mountains. This is hiking at its most beautiful, serene, and best. I absolutely loved it; this time, I went on a solo walk and relished the isolation before socializing with others in the guest and tea houses. I've already started arranging my next journey with Mountain Rock Treks because it was so wonderful.
I had a fantastic experience on my journey to the EBC and Gokyo Lakes! We didn't have to worry about choosing an itinerary, a hotel, or getting lost along the way because everything went so smoothly. They take care of everything for you, including hiring porters and booking flights, sleeping bags, TIMS cards, and park permits. With our guide, we felt safe at all times. He was not only an extremely skilled and knowledgeable tour leader, but also incredibly nice. He made time to check on me and cheer me up whenever I was experiencing any of the unpleasant symptoms of the altitude. I appreciate the assistance.
I finished my Langtang trek by doing the Patan Durbar Square tour put on by Mountain Rock Treks. I also saw the Kathmandu Valley’s heritage.
Visited the woodcarvers’ villages and very old temples, and it added a layer of depth to my cultural experience. They did an excellent job at working this in as a day trip to my main trek.
Our family booked the Changu Narayan Temple tour, enjoyed a great day. Our guide was friendly, patient, as I had my kids with me, it was a very nice, pleasant walk. I think the best part was visiting a local village and trying the local traditional yogurt.
Mountain Rock Treks made it easy for us from the booking, to the drop-off for the tour.
I wholeheartedly endorse Mountain Rock to anyone visiting Nepal. They had organized an excursion for me to the Langtang Valley, and I recently returned from it. For our stay and the meals we consumed, there were no compromises made. We were thrilled with our Nepalese trekking trip. will choose to go on their next trek to Annapurna Base Camp!
There are numerous benefits to completing this difficult and remote trek in a stunning region of Nepal. No turning around because it is a one-way journey. On the trail, there aren't many other hikers. You can enjoy a variety of views and landscapes, as well as some lower-lying villages. You might be fortunate enough to run into a few climbers if you're at base camp during the climbing season. The close-up views of Dhaulagiri and other mountains that tower over you are mesmerizing. The accomplishment of traversing two difficult passes gives it the edge and contributes to a memorable trek
