The Gokyo Valley Trekking with Gokyo Ri was an incredible journey I will never forget. I had the pleasure of going with Mountain Rock Treks; they were an excellent tour company. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly and ensured we were comfortable and safe. The trek was challenging, but the views from the top of Gokyo Ri were worth it. The panoramic views of the Himalayas were breathtaking, and it was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this trek to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding adventure in the beautiful Himalayas. The Gokyo Valley Trekking with Gokyo Ri is a must-do for any avid trekker or nature lover.

We witnessed the most exclusive Everest region experience with the Mountain flight tour in Nepal. We flew over the series of the high Himalayan range in the north and the long-ranged Tibetan plateau up to a closer distance of about 10 kilometers. Overall, 1-hour tour of the Everest region was very fantastic with Mountain Rock Treks.

I rolled up my sleeves and created a quest of a lifetime for my family. All my research pointed in one direction: Mountain Rock Treks. All its features, from the extensive online guides to the competitive pricing, along with positive customer reviews, made them an ideal choice. My son, age 22, and my father, age 53, have just returned home after an epic journey. With the help of the Mountain Rock Treks team, their trek to EBC was incredible! Nimesh, their Lakpa, and Rojan, their porter, were outstanding - knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, and hardworking. They even adapted to the situation, allowing each person to move at their own pace, with Rojan acting as a second guide when needed. It was an experience of a lifetime! The group made it to base camp, with some choosing to go to Kala Patthar. I cannot speak highly enough of Mountain Rock Treks. Even back in the States, they were highly responsive when I had questions or needed to relay information (re: flight arrival changes, for instance). They took all the minutiae out of planning and made the entire experience easy. 1000% would recommend it to anyone! Especially Lakpa and Rojan!

 

The landscapes on the Annapurna Base Camp trek are breathtaking, and the Himalayas are incredibly beautiful. Every stop was a fantastic photo opportunity, and I encountered locals in many places along the route, which made me feel welcome and curious to know more. This also gave me a chance to explore authentic Nepalese culture. The experience was magical, you have to be there to understand the immensity of the nature surrounding you and the sheer beauty of it all. As we reached our goal of the Annapurna Base Camp, I was so proud of myself for getting there alone. It was an unforgettable moment that I will always treasure. I recommend Mountain Rock Treks for anyone trekking to Annapurna Base Camp. It made all the difference for me as a solo female traveler, with their professionalism, expertise, and care for my safety and comfort. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

 

 

After coming across Alexei Vink's journey to base camp on the Guardian, we decided to embark on our adventure to EBC, which proved to be one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. The Himalayas offered breathtaking beauty, warm hospitality, and delectable Sherpa cuisine, among other things.

 

I am eager to return to Nepal for another adventure with Mountain Rock Treks, as my accommodations in Lukla, Phakding, and Namche were simply superb. The lodges in Namche were especially impressive, with attached bathrooms, hot showers, and WiFi for seamless communication with loved ones. This luxury trek exceeded all expectations, with stunning room accommodations that were truly beyond imagination. Namaste!

The trek was great, and when things went wrong (sick people, bad weather, delayed flights), they made every effort to ensure I had the most incredible experience possible.
