Fantastic helicopter ride to Everest base camp I recently got back from a terrific helicopter trip to Everest base camp. It was an excellent encounter. I scheduled a group-joining helicopter excursion and relished the companionship of the other travelers. At Hotel Everest View, we shared a great breakfast. Mountain Rock Trek contacted me shortly after I booked the reservation, and the booking process was quite simple. The feeling of arriving in Kalapattar was incredible. It was an incredible experience to see so many mountains nearby, including Mount Everest. There is no better way to see the Himalayas if you are in Nepal than on a helicopter tour of Everest base camp. Highly, highly advised.
My 10-day tour of Nepal and Bhutan was a fascinating blend of culture, history, and spirituality. We began in the bustling city of Kathmandu, where the ancient temples and vibrant street life were a sensory delight. The Pashupatinath Temple was a particular highlight, where we witnessed the rituals of Hindu cremations along the Bagmati River. The journey then took us to the tranquil lakeside city of Pokhara, surrounded by the stunning Annapurna range. The sunrise view from Sarangkot was simply breathtaking. As we crossed into Bhutan, the pace slowed, and the peacefulness of the country enveloped us. Thimphu and Paro were steeped in tradition and offered a glimpse into Bhutan's unique culture and way of life.
I am Climber for a small peak in newzeland but not in Nepal. I like Nepali sherpa; they are honest and always look after you. I feel secure with them. I most recommend them. Mountain Rock Trek is so organized and looks after and before a trip. The day before, the summit weather was so bad, but finally, we were lucky following day weather changed, and we summited.
Taking the return helicopter flight from Lukla to Kathmandu immediately after the Everest Base Camp trek was one of the highs of our decisions. Returning with stunning views of these majestic mountains we had just trekked through was wonderful. In fact, everything was so neatly arranged by Mountain Rock Treks that this was bound to turn out to be a delightful experience. We felt that we truly had been extremely lucky to have such a luxurious means of concluding our journey. And all these convenience factors made this helicopter trip even more special. If one is thinking of doing this, then this is the thing to do because then one will see the beauty of Nepal.
The journey to Dolpo was spectacular, and the nearby Phoksundo lake and Shey monastery were both stunning. Our tour guide was extremely endearing and cheerful. He helped us better comprehend Nepalese traditions because he was so knowledgeable about the area and its people. We quickly grew close throughout the trekking season and would love to visit him again to go on another journey in Nepal. We will never forget our wonderful off-the-beaten-path walk and our next adventure.
My Short Everest Base Camp Trek with Mountain Rock Treks was an experience of a lifetime. I can't believe that the trip was only 10 days long, but we were never bored. Postcard-perfect scenery and well-thought-out rest days. The company perfectly organized everything - pre-trip information as well as day to day in trek plans. Our guide, Mingma Sherpa, took great care of us and shared so much about Sherpa culture/history and interesting sights along the trail. The trekking itself is not too challenging and the rest of the days are well-balanced for acclimatization. I couldn't believe I finally got to EBC when we arrived! And the best part - all of us in our international group made it there too.
With Mountain Rock Treks, we went on a nine-day journey across Ghorepani Poonhill. It was a memory that will never fade. We are incredibly appreciative of their generosity and all the arrangements they made for us. I will absolutely go back, and I strongly advise everyone to do the same!
From Pokhara, I took an ABC helicopter tour. If you are already staying in the Pokhara area for a few days, the base camp is unquestionably a must-see. The helicopter ride was enjoyable and full of gorgeous views, including those of the Himchuli, Machhapuchhre, and Annapurna mountain ranges. While I was staying in Pokhara, I didn't feel the green hills that make Pokhara look the way it does. The helicopter tour to Annapurna base camp is undoubtedly a fantastic way to get a close-up view of the majestic mountain. I heartily recommend the Mountain Rock Treks trip.
